When you book a 1:1, couples, or private group breathwork session with Deanna, you’re choosing a guided, intentional experience focused on embodiment, nervous system support, and self-connection. Deanna is a breathwork facilitator and Reiki practitioner whose work centers consent, accessibility, and curiosity.
Breathwork sessions are customized to your goals, capacity, and lived experience. Through guided breathing techniques, clients may experience emotional release, increased clarity, grounding, or a deeper sense of presence in the body. Sessions are designed to be trauma-aware and choice-driven, allowing you to engage at a pace that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. Each session includes a brief check-in, guided breathwork practice, and space for integration and reflection. Prior to your session, you will be required to complete a confidential consultation form and waiver. This form helps ensure the session is appropriate for you and allows Deanna to tailor the experience to your needs while prioritizing safety and care. Logistics: • In-person breathwork sessions are 90 minutes • A completed consultation form is required before the pre-session check-in • Sessions take place in a quiet, private setting • No prior breathwork experience is necessary • Breathwork is a complementary practice and is not a replacement for medical or mental health care |
