Hey hey itsa Me, Val/Valerie and I am getting back into teaching yoga, Pranayama Breath work, and Motion for overall health and well being. My classes are a mix of yoga movement and natural movement of the body. I ensure the safety and comfort in all classes and am honored to get my “Down dog” and connect the mind body’s and spirit back to homeostasis.
Moon Salutation is a warm up, cool down and overall opener of the body.
